2016 Denver Broncos College Undrafted Free Agents:

Bralon Addison (Oregon, rJr, 5’09’’, 197 lbs): WR/KR

Projected Round My Broncos Big board
3rd – 4th 5th

General Overview: dynamic player that is fast more than quick and lacks elite speed. Has very good body balance and thick frame. Looks powerful and smooth running and can definitely run with the ball. Was asked to run easy routes and struggles at time to get separation from the defender. Goof punt and kick returner.

My Broncos Evaluation: I see his value especially as returner. He’s not a burner and is not elusive enough to be a 3rd round pick, but his value increase if he could be coached carefully and could learn some route running and blocking in order to be an offensive weapon and not only a special team specialist.

Henry Krieger-Coble (Iowa, rSr, 6’3’’, 248 lbs): TE

Projected Round My Broncos Big board
6th 6th

General Overview:  has good size and is a violent blocker. Has explosion at the snap and is a block finisher, he stays with his assignment until the whistle. Looks to be a reliable catcher. Routes running is a WIP. At times does not have the speed to get open or gets lost in traffic.

My Broncos Evaluation: he’s primarily a blocker, which is interesting for the Broncos. His being in their board depends more on what they think in terms of pass catcher, because under Kubiak the TE has to be complete, maybe not elite in any aspect of the game but a reliable TE that can catch and block so that the defense has to stay fair with him on the field. I think a late 5th or a 6th rounder could be a good targeting moment.

Durron Neal (Oklahoma, Sr, 5’11’’, 199 lbs): WR/KR

General Overview:  good routes running and is able to use well his body to prepare the catch. Soft hands. Not really a blocker and lacks elite speed and quickness.

My Broncos Evaluation: in a west coast offense he could have a place. He’s not a burner and is not quick either. He’s more a possession WR that helps move the chains with good routes and good WR skills. In Denver he could provide depth in training camp and maybe get a place in the practice squad for a year, so that he could learn to play at NFL speed and power.

Eddie Yarbrough (Wyoming, rSr, 6’3’’, 259 lbs): DE/OLB

Projected Round My Broncos Big board
CFA 7th

General Overview:  has some quickness and explosion when able to break free from the block. Undersized, looks to be smaller than his size, does not have elite speed but is able to lower is center of gravity and then explode into his pass rushing lane. Has trouble to shed blocks from bigger and more powerful Olinemen.

My Broncos Evaluation: on Denver Pro-Day. Lacks size to be an effective DE in the 4-3 scheme. Has to get better functional strength but could be a situational pass rusher in the 3-4 defense. Could become the new Shaquil Barrett, maybe one year in practice squad and then the second year competing for a 53 men roster spot at OLB.
